What's New?
What’s new you ask. Well, there’s been a lot of activity at the Swift River Sportsmans club this past summer. Now winter is on its way and the deer hunters and ice fisherman are eagerly awaiting to get out and enjoy the winter fresh air. The weather has been fluctuating sunny and cold one day, warm and breezy the next, but we’re still out here working like honey bees even in the cold weather. We still need volunteers....we need all the volunteers we can get. Please give the club some of your time and volunteer to help out on any of the various committees. Bar Manager, Chris Souza is looking for bartenders to work events...if your interested, give the club a call or email as listed in the Directors/Commitee Chairmen page on this website.

Winter Archery League begins on Monday January 4, 2009

Spot Shooters will start on Monday the 4th.
Hunter (animal targets) will start on Tuesday the 5th.
Family fun night will start on Friday the 8th.
Juniors will commence shooting Saturday the 9th.

Bring your bow no matter what kind (sorry no crossbows)
 We shoot several equipment classes and have a lot of fun every year.

We're planning a HUGE outdoor Game Dinner

JANUARY 31, 2010 & MAYBE ONE IN MARCH

 Think extra courses (like stag and buffalo!) We're looking for a lot of meat, squirrels to moose and anything in between.
